George Remus Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a high-rye blend of bourbon whiskies, crafted by MGP at their historic Lawrenceburg, Indiana distillery. Named after the legendary “King of the Bootleggers,” the Remus family of whiskies also includes the highly awarded Remus Repeal Reserve Series, an annual limited release.
Our team launched George Remus in 2017 and has worked with the MGP team on all national brand strategy, PR, multimedia content, experiential and trade awareness programs. The brand has received top recognition in national press such as Forbes, Robb Report, Maxim and Whisky Advocate – as well as multiple Gold Medals in spirits competitions.
